UPX is a lightweight compression utility that you can use to pack several executable formats, including applications, DLLs, DOS programs and Linux executables.

This is portable software, so installation is not necessary; it means that you can run the tool directly from your removable drive.
One disadvantage of the program is that it can only be run using the command console. Thus, while for some it may seem easy to use, those who are not familiar to the console might find it a bit difficult.

Winget is a package manager that is most likely very familiar to many, but most casual users simply forgo using it due to the command line interface, which may seem daunting to get into. In terms of performance, Viber ran smoothly during our evaluation, without triggering the operating system to hang, crash or pop up error messages. The sound quality during phone calls was excellent and the connections remained stable throughout our tests.

Thanks to its highly intuitive options, Viber proves to be one of the most helpful and convenient applications when it comes to chatting with friends and sending free SMS messages over the Internet.

Windows Firewall Control is a nifty little application which extends the functionality of the Windows Firewall and provides quick access to the most frequent options of Windows Firewall. Windows Firewall Control offers four filtering modes which can be switched with just a mouse click:
