These functions are great when designing original images. However, a distinctive flavor is really achieved only when customized text strings are inserted.
These can feature alternative fonts. The size, spacing alignment and engraving depth can also be controlled. The built-in option for rotating text is a nice touch!
An intuitive GUI that would greatly benefit from a few tweaks
The interface is somewhat easy to use, since all the core functions are neatly organized in a panel to the right of the main working window.
One downside easy to spot is the probably unintended bilingual approach. The installer is mostly in German, and considerable parts of the settings are also in two languages (English and German).
This being said, all the important features are in English. Having a consistent, single-language style would greatly improve the user experience.
This is all the more important, since some fine-tuning might require a German dictionary on hand. Future versions will surely fix these small issues.
Good for picture milling
In conclusion, Estlcam is an interesting tool for anyone preoccupied with creating 3D models. There is a variety of options to play around with and the output files can look very nice.

Exportizer is a database export tool. It allows to browse, edit, and export data to database, file, clipboard, or printer. This is an extremely cheap, but very powerful database export solution which opens tens of database types and supports tens of destination formats.


Export Multiple Tables
With Exportizer Pro, it is possible to export multiple database tables during a single export operation.
By default, the tables are exported to destination as one-to-one.
Export Multiple Tables to One Target
For some destination formats (e.g. HTML, XLSX, or any relational database), it is possible to export several tables to one target table or file.
Export Database Images and Blobs
This tool can automatically detect the most known image types (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, ICO) in BLOB fields and export them, for example, to HTML or PDF. During the export, you can convert BLOB images to another image format.
Export BLOB Data
Generally, any BLOB/CLOB data can be exported into individual files, binary or text, within a single export step. For images, there is a possibility to change format (e.g. convert bitmaps from BLOBs into .png files) on the fly.

Blade Cooling
By coupling 1D flow Flownex® models with 3D heat transfer models in ANSYS Mechanical or CFX, a

Flownex® contains industry-standard pressure drop and heat transfer correlations for typical turbine blade features such as turbulator strips and pedestals. This allows designers to rapidly see the effects of their design changes on the maximum blade temperatures and cooling airflow rate.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER
Preliminary combustor design requires that an extensive number of geometrical and operational conditions be evaluated and compared. Especially during this phase, Flownex® is an essential tool for combustor design engineers as it accurately captures important parameters such as the mass flow rate distribution through air admission holes,
associated pressure losses as well as liner wall temperatures.
Networks can be easily configured and solved within a few seconds. This result in substantial development cost savings because of the reduction in the number of detailed 3D simulations and rig tests required. A further advantage is the ability to use the Flownex® results as boundary conditions for subsequent localized 3D models.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The primary use of Flownex® in lubrication systems is used to determine optimum drain line sizes given the limited space inside the engine. This requires two-phase pressure drop calculations in lines with oil-air mixtures. In parallel with this engineers can determine whether or not scavenge pumps are required for fluid transportation in the drain lines and, if so, what the pumping requirement will be.
SECONDARY & COOLANT FLOW
Flownex® includes a comprehensive rotating component library for analysing the secondary air system of a gas turbine engine.
